Master Wang Haijun

Master Wang Haijun is one of the top Chen taijiquan masters in the world, and is the senior disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei. He has been studying for 29 years since the age of nine, and is a 12th-generation lineage holder of Chen taijiquan.

In 1992, at the tender age of 20, Master Wang won four gold medals in national competition in China, including a gold medal in push hands. In 1994 he won three gold medals, including another gold medal in push hands.

In 1999, Master Wang began establishing his U.S. student base in Hadley, Massachusetts, which has since spread to Knoxville, Tennessee, and Hillsborough, North Carolina.

In 2000, Master Wang moved to Manchester, England, where he currently resides and teaches. In addition to his students in the U.K., U.S. and his original students in China, Master Wang also has student groups elsewhere in Europe, plus Australia and Hong Kong.
